How to run it

  1. 1

    Open Offer Analyzer

Find it in the sidebar under the Sales Intelligence suite, or from the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Fill the essential fields

Be specific — vague inputs produce vague intelligence. Watch the character counter on long fields.

  3. 3

    Add advanced context (optional)

Expand "Advanced context (optional)" and add whatever you know — competitors, constraints, metrics.

  4. 4

    Attach a prior analysis (optional)

Use "Add context from a prior analysis" to inject a saved Competitor Analyzer or Audience Intelligence result as extra context.

  5. 5

Choose visibility (in a Team/Agency/Enterprise scope)

Pick "Shared with team" (default) or "Private to me".

  6. 6

    Click "Analyze Offer (4 Tokens)"

The run costs 4 tokens. It typically completes in 30–60 seconds; the result saves automatically.

Reading the results

This is a scored analysis: the Executive Summary card shows an Intelligence Grade (0–100) on a radial gauge plus a short verdict badge, followed by the detailed sections as tabs.

Every result follows the universal section contract, so you always know where to look:

  • Intelligence Grade (0–100)
  • Key Findings
  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Opportunities
  • Risks
  • Recommendations
  • Action Plan
  • Next Steps

From the result you can Rerun, Share (copies formatted text), Delete, or export via Copy / TXT / CSV. PDF export is a Pro-plan feature. Everything you run is also kept in History.

Tips for a better analysis

  • Write like you are briefing a sharp consultant: concrete numbers, real names, actual objections.
  • Fill advanced fields when you have the data — they measurably deepen the output.
  • Treat the score as a directional signal, not a verdict — read the Weaknesses and Recommendations for the "why".
  • Chain tools: feed an earlier analysis in as context to compound the intelligence.
