Inputs, field by field
Fill the essential fields first — they are all you need for a solid result. The 7 advanced fields are optional context tucked under an "Advanced context (optional)" disclosure: the more you add, the deeper and more tailored the analysis. The main input must be at least 20 characters or the run is blocked with "Add more detail to the main input for a high-quality analysis."
| Field | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Business Information (main input) | Your model, stage, and what’s working vs. stuck right now. | B2B SaaS at $20k MRR with strong retention but weak top-of-funnel. |
| Current Performance | Your current metrics and trajectory. | $20k MRR, 5% MoM growth, 3% monthly churn. |
| Growth Objectives | The growth you’re aiming for, and by when. | Double MRR within 9 months. |
| Field | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Current Acquisition Channels | Your channels and their rough contribution. | SEO (40%), referrals (35%), paid (25%). |
| Funnel Metrics | Stage-by-stage conversion — reveals the real bottleneck. | Visitor→trial 4%, trial→paid 25%, churn 3%. |
| Unit Economics (CAC / LTV / Margin) | The economics that decide which plays are worth it. | CAC $150, LTV $1,200, 80% margin. |
| Growth Budget / Team | Resources available to pursue growth. | $8k/mo, 1 marketer + 1 contractor. |
| Time Horizon | The window for these growth plays. | Next three quarters. |
| Constraints | Boundaries the strategy must respect. | No outbound sales; product-led only. |
| What You’ve Tried | Prior experiments — avoids repeating what failed. | Cold email flopped; webinars worked. |
How to run it
- 1
Open Growth Analyzer
Find it in the sidebar under the Business Strategy suite, or from the dashboard.
- 2
Fill the essential fields
Be specific — vague inputs produce vague intelligence. Watch the character counter on long fields.
- 3
Add advanced context (optional)
Expand "Advanced context (optional)" and add whatever you know — competitors, constraints, metrics.
- 4
Attach a prior analysis (optional)
Use "Add context from a prior analysis" to inject a saved Market Intelligence or Audience Intelligence or Strategy Lab result as extra context.
- 5
Choose visibility (in a Team/Agency/Enterprise scope)
Pick "Shared with team" (default) or "Private to me".
- 6
Click "Analyze Growth (5 Tokens)"
The run costs 5 tokens. It typically completes in 30–60 seconds; the result saves automatically.
Reading the results
This is a scored analysis: the Executive Summary card shows an Intelligence Grade (0–100) on a radial gauge plus a short verdict badge, followed by the detailed sections as tabs.
Every result follows the universal section contract, so you always know where to look:
- Intelligence Grade (0–100)
- Key Findings
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Opportunities
- Risks
- Recommendations
- Action Plan
- Next Steps
From the result you can Rerun, Share (copies formatted text), Delete, or export via Copy / TXT / CSV. PDF export is a Pro-plan feature. Everything you run is also kept in History.
Works well with
This tool is part of a connected ecosystem — chain it with:
- Market Intelligence — run it first, then attach its saved result here for sharper output.
- Audience Intelligence — run it first, then attach its saved result here for sharper output.
- Strategy Lab — run it first, then attach its saved result here for sharper output.
Tips for a better analysis
- Write like you are briefing a sharp consultant: concrete numbers, real names, actual objections.
- Fill advanced fields when you have the data — they measurably deepen the output.
- Treat the score as a directional signal, not a verdict — read the Weaknesses and Recommendations for the "why".
- Chain tools: feed an earlier analysis in as context to compound the intelligence.
